UrbanChatLines is a live voice chat line for adults age 18 or older. By calling or using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Anyone under 18 is not allowed to access or use UrbanChatLines.
Description of Service
UrbanChatLines provides a private voice chat line designed for Black men and women who want real conversations with other adults. Callers can record greetings, listen to other greetings, and connect through private live calls. UrbanChatLines does not promise matches, relationships, or specific results.
Free Trial and Pricing
Men receive a 30 minute free trial to explore the service. Women always chat for free. After free minutes are used, men may purchase minute packages to continue chatting. All purchases are final unless required by law. Prices and packages may change at any time.
Privacy and Anonymous Calling
Your personal phone number is never shared with other callers. Calls are routed through a secure system to protect your privacy. You are responsible for keeping your passcode or account details secure. UrbanChatLines is not responsible if you choose to share personal information during conversations.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use UrbanChatLines respectfully. You may not harass, threaten, scam, impersonate others, share illegal content, advertise products, request money, or use abusive language. Recording calls without permission is not allowed. UrbanChatLines may suspend access without notice if rules are violated.
Caller Responsibility
You are responsible for your conversations and interactions with other callers. UrbanChatLines does not control or verify statements made by callers and is not responsible for promises, behavior, or outcomes related to conversations.
Account Suspension or Termination
UrbanChatLines may suspend or terminate access if Terms are violated, fraud is suspected, or safety concerns arise. You may stop using the service at any time. Unused minutes may be forfeited if an account is terminated due to misuse.
Payments
Minute packages may be purchased using approved payment methods. All charges must be paid when due. Pricing and billing methods may change at any time.
Service Availability
UrbanChatLines does not guarantee uninterrupted service, call quality, or availability of callers. Service may be affected by technical issues, maintenance, or network conditions.
Limitation of Liability
UrbanChatLines is not responsible for emotional distress, financial loss, misleading statements by callers, or interruptions in service. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
Changes to Terms
UrbanChatLines may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept any updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable United States laws. Any disputes will be handled through arbitration or courts as applicable.
